Hi, i was sold a faulty laptop in 2018. I did not realize it then, as i used my office laptop mainly. But after like few months i discovered the keyboard keys were wrongly put together. For Example, to get the @ symbol, i need to press the " key, alt button on the right does not work.
One of the USB port does not work. The battery bloated up and almost burst.
I do not have the warranty, but if i go to the system setting, the name of my laptop is mentioned as "Faulty Piece".
What should I do? The virtual assistant does not seem to help.
