Hello.
My Pavilion 1AN61EA has recently started to have bsod issues and I suspect it being a RAM issue.
I have two questions:
Is the ram in this system replacable? As in can i remove the current ram and replace it with a new stick
Is it fine to get the ram replaced at a regular tech store, given that Pavilion doesn't seem to have support points for laptops in italy?

Yes, you can replace the bad 8 GB memory chip with a new one.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

You can find the memory removal and replacement procedure in this manual.
This would be a compatible replacement memory chip for the bad one...
