Hi, this question may sound very silly but, how can I see the motherboard model of the Hp Pavillion x360 15-cr0037wm? Have a great day and bless y'all

@Alexander105 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are looking at the motherboard part number.
I have checked the manual ( page number 17)
● Equipped with an Intel Core i7-8550U processor and 4 GB of discrete graphics memory L20842-xx1
● Equipped with an Intel Core i5-8250U processor and 2 GB of discrete graphics memory L20841-xx1
I would suggest you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Or you can conatct the local service center for repair.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
