Fingerprint Reader

Hi
I've just add a SSD hard drive to my laptop and install win10 64bit on it.
I've installed all drivers
but I have problem with fingerprint reader. as you see 'hp client security' says it's not connected and 'windows hello says "face and fingerprint are not available on this device".
I will be very appreciated if anybody can help me.

Hi!
On my probook4530s with W10-64Pro-N and after fiddling around for a day or so, after trying Validity, Digital persona, Authentec whatever suites and several SP drivers, the ONLY combination I found that works is
HP-Client Security SP74101 with drivers from SP56395 (uninstall deleting driver software of FPR first!).
You just get login FPR, locking the pc with a swipe would be great, but ... 🙂
W10 FPR login works ... sometimes with SP58900 and device appears as Validity ... 03C
Have fun!
