Hi There !!
I have an HP ProBook it has a fingerprint scanner on it but it is unusable. Pls help out.
Device Manager img is attached for reference.
Any help is appreciated , Thanks in advance !!!

Did you actually pay for it ? Otherwise it simply is a window and no reader/sensor underneath. The specs clearly says
"HP Fingerprint Sensor (sold separately or as an optional feature)"

You can install yourself using part # L09538-001
