Installing the fingerprint driver from https://support.hp.com/ph-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-430-g5-notebook-pc/17047126
does nothing, the "Biometric devices" in device manager is non-existent and for the "Other drivers" it only shows bluetooth device something along the lines of that and nothing that may point to the fingerprint driver. Maybe my specific unit doesn't have a fingerprint sensor but it doesn't say in the product description that the fingerprint sensor is optional like the option to if you want your keyboard to be backlit or not. I need help on this please.

True - The fingerprint reader is available on select products in this series.
If your machine includes the fingerprint reader look for it just below the bottom right section of the main keyboard.
If the Device Manager detects the hardware for a fingerprint reader, the information is added to Biometric devices

(3) Fingerprint reader (select products only) Allows a fingerprint logon to Windows, instead of a password
logon.
