Product: HP EliteBook 845 G7 Notebook PC (8VZ06AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello there, I have a HP elitebook 845 g7 and the fingerprint sensor is not working, not showing up in the device manager and Windows Hello says no compatible fingerprint found. 

My windows is up to date and I have updated all the drivers as well. Kindly let me know if this a hardware issue becuase my product is still in warranty.
