Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good mornig.

I have an HP ENVY 17 Notebook PC. I was no longer able to use my finger print scanner. This is what I get from inspecting the sensor.

 

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

 

Can you help me please?

I have just unistall driver.
