I can't set up windows hello with my fingerprint scanner. I did everything but it's not working. Is it possible my device made without a fingerprint scanner by HP? How can I check whether it's available or not? thank you

The fingerprint reader is optional, if it was not ordered the module is not installed ! Check your order/invoice. |
