Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

😅I recently bought HP 15s du2040tu and the fingerprint scanner is not working since then. And I couldn't even find the installed driver in "Device Manager" . When I tried to install it from the official site of HP it showed error that "the driver is not supported by the the current version of OS "... Anybody have solutions for this please tell me.

ELAN Fingerprint Sensor Driver - Ice Lake

 

 

Did you migrate your Windows 10 to Windows 10 2004 ?

If yes, new driver here:
