My fingerprint sensor isn't working I have tried all I could but it isn't working

I understand that the finger print sensor is not working,

 

What is the product number of your computer? (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..). 

 

let's try these steps:  

  • Open the Device Manager (Windows logo key + X  and select Device Manager). 

  • Locate your fingerprint reader in the Biometric Devices section. 

  • Double-click the device to open its properties. 

  • Click Roll Back Driver. 

  • Then click OK. Restart your computer and check for the functionality.
