HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cp0000 (2Q7W8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello -

I have a PC 17-cp0013dx (341K4UA#ABA) that is in desperate need of a firmware update for the NVMe drive that came installed in the system. The drive times out and will cause the system to crash once an hour or so.

I went to the drivers download for this laptop, and the Hynix HFM512GD3JX013N (PC711) that was installed in the system is not listed as having a firmware update. SK Hynix wasn't any help either.

Does anyone know where I can get firmware for this drive?

Thank you in advance.

Tony

I went ahead and replaced the drive, since the crashes were out of control and rendering the system useless. Thaniks for the help anyway.
