Good day, everyone!
I have a strange problem with my keyboard. Every key works fine, except for comma/quotation key.
When I first press it, it does nothing, when I press it for the second time, it shows two commas/two quotation marks (if pressed with shift key down).
I really like my omen laptop, but this thing keeps bothering me. I tryed to install latest precision driver (which is the only driver on hp site under keyboard section), the problem still remains.
Please, help 😥

Hooray! I found the solution!
It appears to be problem, that even existed in windows xp and windows 7 and it relates to US-International keyboard in system.
Here are the posts, that have helped me:

First one leads to superuser.com, that offers the solution.
I will duplicate it here, in case if they will disappear on their sites.
"The reason is because you are using US-international keyboard. "
In my case, under English language there were two keyboards (US-International and US-qwerty). I removed US-International keyboard and that is it!
"Settings" -> "Region & Language". Then, "Language" on the left panel (under Region) -- Under Preffered Languages I have English and Russian -- click on English, than "Options" where Keyboards can be changed; in my case, I removed "US-International" and left "US-Qwerty" only.

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
I suggest you run a Keyboard Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
If the Test fails please contact HP Support for Service Options
Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
Thank you
