Thanks for the reply and trying the suggested steps. If the flash drive is not getting listed in device manager or disk management as well. Recommend you contact our phone support for the service options available.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that flash drive is not getting recognized on our computer running on Windows 10.
Not to worry, I will be glad to help.
Have you tried the pen drive on any other computer?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
Have you checked in device manager or disk management?
Recommend you to connect the pen drive to a different computer, format the pen drive in FAT32 and try to use the pen drive.

Thank you for your prompt reply:
The flash drive is not recognized by any of my computers (T540p, T520, T500, G41, T42 running Win 10 x64, Win10 32 bit, Windows 7, and Windows XP.)
Therefore, it is not possible for me to do anything like reformat.
