Just checking my repair status for my laptop - it was collected on Wednesday by DPD - but the status suggests that DPD are failing to deliver it to Flextronics...

I've had dealings with DPD's incompetence before and had to visit the depot myself to collect it. How can I ensure that Flextronics is on the case with this??
