Just checking my repair status for my laptop - it was collected on Wednesday by DPD - but the status suggests that DPD are failing to deliver it to Flextronics... 

 

Here are some additional order details that might interest you:
08/06/2024Customer not present for the 3rd time
07/06/2024Customer not present for 2nd time
07/06/2024Customer not present when carrier comes

I've had dealings with DPD's incompetence before and had to visit the depot myself to collect it.  How can I ensure that Flextronics is on the case with this??
