I have a SD card which is write protected and I am unable to format it. I have tried diskpart command in command prompt but it's not working. I have also checked the registry key in regedit and everything is ok there. Please tell me how to format it if anyone know about it.

Hello, @AMARJEET1
Go to google search and search for SD card format tool. You will get few tool download options. Open the pages to download and install the tools which will help you format the SD card.
This is not a recommendation from HP and is simply a personal suggestion. Use these 3rd party software at your own risk.

Hello, @AMARJEET1 - Greetings!
Welcome back to HPSupport forums! I'd like to help 🙂
I understand that you are trying to format the SD card on your Windows 10 PC. I see that you have already tried registry & diskpart to try and format the SD card.
For the few protected SD cards that can't be formatted using this method, you can try using an older camera to format the media. You can also some 3rd part formatting tools to format your SD card. This is just a personal suggestion. Use google and search for sd card formatting tools. You will get few 3rd part applications which might help you. Use them at your own risk.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
Cheers 🙂
