Ciao a tutti
Cosa posso fare ?
English version
Hi everyone I wanted to reinstall the Window 10 operating system but I formatted I think it is c and d (where there was the recovery manager) now I'm going to loop with the Restoration Incompete pop up. I have already tried the quick and fast analysis and there are no problems and I have already tried to start it with a USB stick (with window 10 recovery inside)

Hi:
Using another Windows PC with W7 x64 or newer, make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

To boot from the USB drive, turn on or restart the PC. Immediately press the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the USB recovery drive, and press the Enter key.
The PC should then boot from the USB flash drive.
