OMEN Laptop - 15-en0004ns
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP OMEN 15-EN0004NS with an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H, and for months I've been experiencing blue screen crashes without being able to detect a specific pattern. Sometimes it happens while doing nothing, sometimes even when the monitors are in sleep mode. Other times it occurs during activity. Sometimes after 5 minutes of starting up, other times after 24 hours. I've run many tests, and I've even changed the RAM for a new one with higher capacity, but it didn't help.

The only thing left for me to try is replacing the SSD. I noticed that CrystalDiskInfo shows a value of 10813 for "Number of Error Information Log Entries," which seems extremely high (I have another SSD installed in the same system for more than a year, and its value is 0 ZERO!). The SSD seems to be from Samsung, but it appears to be some OEM model or something unusual because Samsung's "magician" diagnostic software doesn't recognize it. (HP's diagnostics show it as OK.)

So, the problem is probably with the SSD or the motherboard. I'm unsure whether it's worth the risk of investing in a new SSD or if I should just discard the laptop because I can't rely on it (imagine during a public presentation, and I've already had some unpleasant experiences).

Do you have any other suggestions?

Perhaps the Reliability Monitor (perfmon.exe /rel) will provide more insights.
