Pavilion 14-bf102na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pavilion bf102na silver backlit keyboard has stopped working and needs replacement. From where in UK can I buy a replacement keyboard. I inquired with HP technical support and they quoted a repair price of £253 which is too high compared to the current price of this laptop.

@RRJain

Their repair estimate includes labour -- for disassembling the laptop, removing the old keyboard and disconnecting any cables, inserting the new keyboard and connecting any cables, and reassembling the laptop.  Older laptops only required removing four screws to change keyboards; newer ones require a LOT of work.  If you are not experienced in this, you risk seriously damaging the laptop trying to save a little money.

Sorry, but we don't maintain any inventory of who carries what parts and where they are.

Your only recourse is to use the HP link below and your PC information to determine the part number, then do an online search to see if anyone carries it and will ship it to you: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx

Good Luck

You should confirm with vendor to ensure that it is correct for your model.
