Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

From where I should upgrade the RAM. The Service center says to buy the RAM from outside then they will install. And are charging Rs 800 something for service charge for installing the RAM if I buy the RAM from outside. What to do now ?

You should just buy RAM for your laptop.... Be careful not to buy the wrong ones... Because there are so many RAM out there... If you never buy a RAM before,, you should get many informations as much as you can so you wont wasting money for the RAM that not suitable for your laptop..... After you get the RAM,, bring your new RAM to the service center and let them do the installation for you if you cant install it by yourself....

what's your OMEN model?? For example: 15-en0002ax, 15-ek0045tx, 15-en0013ax, etc.... Because different model has different spec....

Omen AMD version has DDR4 3200Mhz SODIMM... So,, yes you can use the RAM like you mention before...
