HP Elite x2 1013 G3 Tablet
Microsoft Windows 11

We have in the company two HP Elite X2 1013 G3. One with an Intel I7 and another with an Intel i5.

Both have the last version of Windows 11 installed and updated as well as the last Bios version.

Almost at the same time, both lost the connection to the frontal web camera. Due to the coincidence, we considered that could be an issue with drivers or BIOS. In the i5 model, we reformatted it and reinstalled a fresh Windows 11. It did not resolve. We rolled back a BIOS version. It did not work. We bought a new frontal camera module and replace it. It did not fix the problem. We tried the new frontal camera module on the i7 model, and it did not resolve either.

Does anyone have similar problems? Any idea on how to resolve it? It seems not be a hardware issue but a software/driver's issue, probably an incompatibility between Windows and drivers or Bios.
