Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to install Autocad but when I try to do this the pc tells me that I have full memory. The problem is that, when I go to "storage" to see the status of the memory and the occupied gigabytes, it marks me a lot of occupied gigabytes, especially in "Apps and Games", but in reality they do not correspond to the actual sum of the gigabytes occupied by the various apps and games (it scores about 72 when in reality the sum is about 4 gigabytes). What should I do? What can I do to solve this problem?
