Function key on keypad while num lock is on doesn't work, making it difficult to use the Home/PGup/down button. Tips?

Found the solution myself. With num lock on, what you need to do to use the Home/End/Pg Up/ Pg Down is to simultaneously press CTRL + FN + SHIFT + Home/End/Pg Up/ Pg Down accordingly.
