After upgrading to Windows 10, device manager is unable to locate or install an appropriate driver for "co-processor." I have used the HP support tool, and it is unable to remedy the problem. Also, windows updates and manually requesting an updated driver within the device manager will not help either. Other blogs and posts reference similar issues with other notebooks and the inability for windows 10 installation to install this driver. Please provide a link to the individual driver so that I can remedy this issue. Thanks.

Hi:
You will most likely need to manually install the driver.
This package contains the driver that enables the NVIDIA nForce MCP77MV Chipset in the supported notebook models and operating systems.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp39501-40000/sp39535.exe
Download and run the above driver. If it installs the coprocessor, then you're done.
If not...go to the device manager, click on the coprocessor device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp39535.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
