Hi I have HP G62 notebook and I need spares.

I need to know what the numbers/letters are after the G62- are

for instance - G62-A25SA or A29SA

Those further define the exact model within the G62 series. Usually its just a 3 digit number and then two lower case letters like G62-340US.

Hi, @Stevef224

The two lower case letter suffixes normally denote the country or region the PC is marketed in.

I see that na and sa are missing from the above list.

Notebooks that end in a na or sa are marketed in the UK and Ireland.

You're very welcome.

Based on the serial number you posted, you have a HP G62-B50SA NOTEBOOK PC with a product number of  XF287EA#ABU.

The last 3 characters after the # sign of the product number denote the Hewlett Packard Keyboard Layout / Language and Localization Codes
