I'm looking for a compatible keyboard in QWERTZ for the device and can only find US, Italian or other languages, I need German.

Hi:

 

Chapter 3, page 19 of the service manual has the keyboard part number you need for use in Germany:

 

c02623152.pdf (hp.com)

 

Germany (for models 1.0 and 1.1 only)   HP part # 615850-041.

 

Where you can find that part number, unfortunately that I would not know.

 

HP doesn't sell the keyboard anymore.
