Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting a lot of video lag when doing simple things, like running Excel and dual monitors.

Are there reasonable options to upgrade the graphics performance and get rid of this painful response lag?

Would it help to turn off touch support? I don't use it.

I have already ordered a RAM upgrade to go from 12GB to 32GB. Are there GPU or motherboard options that would help?

Device name xxxx
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz

The specs of your machine is:

1. GPU: No, you can't upgrade GPU. It only has iGPU which comes with Processor. You have to buy new system board with GPU (if available)

2. RAM: It has 12 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB) now. You can upgrade to 32GB using compatible RAM such as
