GPU temp showing 0°C in omen command centre

Hello, I have got Hp omen ek0017tx...it has GPU of gtx 1650ti..and the temperature indicates 0°C in Omen command centre

Please help.

Please update OCC using Window Store

(a) Open Windows Store,

(b) Search for Omen Command Center,

(c) Select Update           (it is hidden behind load option)

@Rohan_73When the discrete GPU is in idle status, system is using integrated GPU, in OMEN Command Center the GPU temperature will be 0. it is as design.

But the GPU utilization also shows 0% most of the times..is that an issue?

@Rohan_73 Hi, No worry, both temperature and utilization will be show 0, since the discrete GPU is in idle status, OMCC doesn't query data from it. This is not an issue, this is by design.

If you want to make discrete GPU always work, you can click your mouse right button, go to "Nvidia control panel" to set nvidia GPU as your option, don't use "Auto-select".

When your PC does not using your main GPU, GPU is turns off and that is why your softwares can not read GPU`s temperature,

When you open a game with main GPU, you can see temperature.
