Unable to update graphics card.
I searched everywhere for the driver to update the Intel Iris Plus Graphics for the HP 15s-fq1000nl Notebook. The driver assistant says everything is up to date but the driver is stuck at November 2023 after further check, number: 31.0.101.2127
Every game I install claims updated versions WHICH DO NOT EXIST. If I try with the driver assistant it says that the drivers I download are not good. I have contacted HP a thousand times, you advise me to download a driver but it is always the oldest version and it never updates. It's July 2024 and my games want more updated versions, the graphics card is obsolete. Don't ask me to use the driver assistant because it doesn't help. I would like to know where I can download an updated and working driver.
Thank you.

You're very welcome.
Your notebook's Intel GPU does not support that driver version.
Intel Arc Graphics Windows DCH Driver 31.0.101.4255 Download | TechSpot
You need a notebook with an Intel 11th generation or newer processor to install that or newer versions of the graphics driver.
As it indicates on the link I gave you...that is the latest driver for your notebook's GPU.
You won't be able to play Hogwarts Legacy on your notebook.

You should be able to install the latest graphics driver directly from the Intel website.
Intel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows*
If the auto install method doesn't work you can manually install the driver as follows:
Download and install the free 7-Zip file utility. The 1st file listed is for 64 bit.
First, create a system restore point so that you can roll back to the current graphics driver you have installed, just in case the updated driver does not work to your expectations.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027538/windows-create-a-system-restore-point
Next, right click on the Intel graphics exe file you downloaded and saved.
Select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.
Have 7-Zip Extract to: and let it extract the driver into its folder name.
Once that is done, go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.
Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the 'Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.'
Click on Have Disk and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>iigd_dch (setup information file), click Next, and the driver should install.
Be patient, as it can take a few minutes for the driver to completely install.
When the installation is finished, restart the PC.
To update the Intel HDMI audio driver to the latest version, go to the device manager, click to expand the Sound, video and game controllers device manager category.
Click on the Intel HD audio device listed there. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the unzipped Intel graphics driver main folder.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver will install.
Then restart the PC.
