I recently got my hard drive changed after a Windows update problem, and ever since the PC highlights a problem with the graphic card, drivers "AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M360" and "AMD Radeon (TM) R7 Graphics" to be exact. I've tried updating the drivers but to no avail, I always get BSoD errors and the PC restarts. The graphics card error is not only preventing me from running programs and games I previously could, but also affecting the whole Windows interface. Is there a way I could solve this? Here's the dump files: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ah1YAtpXaP-rga5KgUlHA2KGrZG2hw?e=1EZaZX
Thank you in advance!

"I recently got my hard drive changed after a Windows update problem"
Unless that was done to upgrade the hard disk for increased capacity or to an SSD, It was done for what reason?
Have you installed the HP Support Assistant and then tried updating the drivers from there?
Here is the driver download portal for your notebook
HP Support Assistant (it is located in the Software Solutions of the download portal page)

The previous hard drive was damaged and I had a new one installed, a SSD (albeit smaller in capacity than my original one). Or rather, it wasn't physically damaged, but the PC wouldn't turn on after the crash during the Windows' update, and the person I took it to thought it was best to install an SSD.
I did install HP Assistant and tried to update the drivers, but to no avail: the assistant claims there are no updates or fails to complete the update check. I also ran a full scan with the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows, which detected no problems at all.

OK. Thanks for that useful information. Now we are on the same page'
Another source for the driver for the video solution that is reported as having issues is at AMD.

Unfortunately I already tried to update the drivers ( I can see that I don't have the latest version, even though Windows claims I do, because it's a 2020 version and the latest compatible version is from 2021), but every time I try, be it manually or with the AMD software, Windows crashes, as you can see from the dmp files

Ok.
Then you may need to consider reinstalling Windows via the HP Cloud Recovery utility or the F11 Recovery manager.
If you have run the diagnostics tests and they tell you there is no issue with the hardware, then it must be an OS issue.

I think so too because the first time I tried uninstalling the faulty drivers it looked like it worked up until I restarted the PC. It even let me run my games and all, it reported no more errors. That must mean the video memory itself is good, right?

If you have run the diagnostics tests and the reports are a pass, the memory is OK

Hi! I reinstalled Windows from scratch by cloud downloading, no keeping files, nothing, and I still get the same problem! I can't update the drivers, I can't uninstall them, and even reinstalling windows did nothing... but as I said HP PC Hardware Scan detected no problems! I don't know what to do anymore, I'm disheartened

OK.
Now is the time to install the HP Support Assistant and let it scan for drivers.
The HP Support Assistant should supply the drivers that you need.
