I have purchased a HP victus laptop on 16th october 2022 after about 18-20 days I have observed that there is a gap formed between screen and bottom bezel of my laptop. I have visited my nearest service center but they said that you have to register a complaint online. so, i have registered a complaint on 3rd of november and a technician had visited on 7th november but he just said that there is no issue in my unit and just leaved. so, I again complaint in hp customer care regarding this issue but now it is 11th november and my problem is still not solved. Can anyone help me?

Be careful! There is a known issue where the hinges break off behind the screen and push the screen out. My screen was destroyed because of it. That very well may be happening to you, and it will get worse every time you adjust the screen because the hinge is very strong when not used with the leverage of the screen's back cover, from which it became detached. HP needs to replace it.
