I have the same issue and I already talked to a bunch of people sending me replies. It has been more than 1 month and I still haven't got my gcash reward. The agent is even telling me it has already been credited to my account and I know that is a lie since I check all transactions and nothing came through. I even sent the transaction history of my gcash to them as proof and still nothing came.. they are just telling that they will process but no one is doing anything. Seems like this is a one big scam. I shall report you guys to DTI for fooling people to buy your products claiming to have some big cashbacks. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!
