Greetings HP Community!

 

I bought an HP Victus gaming laptop last week that includes a Gcash voucher worth of Php 5000. The retail store told me that I will be able to process and upload the requirements 1 week after my purchase. However, as I was filling-up the necessary fields, I cannot proceed to the next step since it says that the purchase date is out of range. 

 

I am asking for a technical support to claim my Gcash voucher. I hope this concern can reach the HP Promotions Philippines. Thank you.

Hi, I'm having a similar issue in completing the registration for the gcash voucher.

I can't get past the personal data page with valid data input in the required fields.

Kindly advise.

Hi, I also have the same issue as they have, I would like to claim my voucher promo in G-cash however I can't proceed to personal data page, the model of my laptop is not in there. ( HP-15s- FQ5082TU). they told me to claim it after a week, but I can't find in the options the laptop that I have. I hope you can help me with my concern. Thank you.
