HP Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook was working normally but yesterday when I tried to boot it up, I got the 90B System Fan error. I booted it up and did shut it down. After that, I blow air to clean up dust particles and rebooted but I got the same error. Then I checked my fan speed with SpeedFan application and they were showing normal, as you can see in the screenshots below.

After this, I thought to put some load on it.

I started GTA V (i.e. a high graphics & heavy game) to check if it still works fine...

The game was working fine, as it normally does. I played it for 3-4 mins. Then I turned off my notebook again.

But still, I was getting the same error every time I turned it on.

While writing this post I'm getting similar stats like that when it was booted up.

PS: I checked the same thing with a similar notebook of the same age and the results were similar. That notebook is not having any 90B issue.

I would like to know if it's a bug or I should get it checked and cleaned up or it's just fine.

Kindly help me out, Please!

As far as the system is aware, there is a fan problem - hence the 90B error.

Trouble booting is another indicator that something is wrong.

Were it me, I would not trust third party software in this instance.
