I've been having issues with drivers ever since my computer was gotten into trying to get the proper drivers reinstalled but the main issue is in device manager under other devices I have a driver that is not operating properly I couldn't find an update or anything bout this driver so I uninstalled it twice it keeps popping back after restart so I'm assuming it's important but when I search hp or intel for a skizze pen driver I get nothing my self have no clue what the hell it is can someone please enlighten me and let me know what it is and how to fix it. Sometimes fans stop working also.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. That's Terrible! We are really sorry about it. We’d hate for you to be stuck with a product, which gives trouble.

From what I have understood, you are facing issues with a driver you reinstalled before. Since it is not working properly, we want to look into it and help you with it. We will also look into the Fan issue.

 

  • May I know the Model number of your system?
  • Could you tell me the driver you are having trouble with?
  • Also, please let me know the error you are getting related to it?

 

Regarding the Fan, may I know if you get any error messages? May I know if it happens while using all the applications or some specific ones? 

 

Please use the link below and try the steps on Downloading or updating software and drivers for your system.

Regarding the Fan issue, I would suggest you perform the steps shared here. Let me know the outcome of it.
