Hi Team,

 

I am getting error Primary (internal) Battery (601). 

I did some troubleshoot/health check it's showing me Caliberate battery. I did some caliberation steps but its still getting error. And battery also draining very much fast.

Can anyone please help me on this? or suggest me battery to replace with it.

Hello.

 

The battery has degraded over time. It cannot be fixed, but it can be replaced.

 

The battery part number for your laptop is L11119-855. I can see them for sale in Amazon and elsewhere.
