I purchased a Spectre x360 model laptop in the USA few months back. The model number is 13-ap0038nr. I moved from the United States to India recently. I find that 13-ap0038nr is not displayed in HP India website. However, another model number 13-ap0101tu is getting displayed in the India website. But for the model number, I find that the both the laptops are same in respect of the specifications. I want to know whether warranty is available for my laptop model number 13-ap0038nr in India.
I would like to get specific information instead of asking me to visit this page https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bpr01266. Thanks in advance.

Hi:
This is a peer to peer forum.
We are not authorized to discuss any warranty terms on behalf of HP.
You will need to contact HP support in India for an answer to your question.
You have already read the global warranty FAQ's, and from that you should have come to the conclusion that the answer is no...your notebook will not be covered under the global warranty, since that exact model # you bought in the United States is not marketed or supported in India.

Suppose warranty does not apply for my laptop in India as you say, since another laptop model number with same specs is available in India, there will not be a problem in terms of repairing or replacing any part of the laptop for a price right?

There shouldn't be a problem getting the parts, since you can use the ones from the 13-ap0101tu, but they probably won't be covered under any warranty, as you indicated.
Again...you will have to get official confirmation from HP whether or not your notebook would be covered under a warranty.
I can only speculate based on what I have read in the past on this forum.
In reality, the only PC's covered under the global warranty are business class PC's.
For example: You can buy the same HP 250 G6 business notebook in India, that I can buy here in the United States.
If you got it for a better price here, it would have been covered under the warranty in India, since the same model is sold and marketed in India.
