Global warranty for HP Pavilion - 14-bk091st (purchase in US, use in INDIA)

I am planning to purchase to HP Pavilion - 14-bk091st from Amazon.com in US and want to use it in India. Please let me know if I'll get global warrenty in India for this product.

If not, then there is only a warranty for use in the United States.

Since I don't work for or represent HP, unfortunately, I don't know what PC models they sell in India.

The one you referenced would not be the same as the 14-bk091st.

Let me put it this way...99 times out of 100, a consumer class model such as the14-bk091st that you buy in the USA will not be covered by the international warranty if used in another country, because normally the same model is not offered in another country, and the same can be said for the model you mentioned was sold in India.

That model is not available for sale in the United States, and would not be covered under the international warranty, if I bought it in India and moved to the United States and it needed warranty repairs.

If you really like the model, I guess you will have to trust that it won't break down on you in the first year.

I have never had a HP notebook I've ever bought need warranty work, so hopefully you may have the same luck.

So if I take that risk for one year but after that if any hardware faliour occour then can I replace it from local Indian market? If that hardware is not available in India then there will be problem.

Yes, that would be the problem...if you can't buy a needed part in India.

There is one service manual that covers the model series, and one parts list though.

So, hopefully any part that you may need will also be the same for some other model sold in India.
