Hi All,
Had purchased a HP laptop in Canada 5 months back and had to come back to India , wherein now the laptop motherboard is not functioning.
On reaching out to HP India customer support, they have mentioned that incase they are not able to source the parts, I would have to reach to HP Canada for the same.
I find the above absolutely absurd and what is the use of a global warranty If HP internally cannot manage to source the part but wants its customer to do the running about.
Just wanted to find out if the same has been encountered by anyone else.
