Operating System : Windows 10 (64bit)
Brief summary: Lately my laptop shuts down automatically after 10 mins of full charge. It also displays a message before start-up saying low battery capacity.
Problem : The battery display shows "Unknown remaining" .
I ran the Hardware diagnostic test and I got the following error:
Test: Component test ( battery test)
Primary : Logic State - very weak(70)
battery status: very weak(70)
Charge State - Not Available
Failure ID : Q7P943-98BBAN-MFPW2K-COCK03
I am now completely clueless about what the failure ID says. It is cryptic to me.
Could someone explain what that failure IDs mean?
I am extremely grateful to you!
Thanks in advance!

Hi:
Unfortunately, the failure ID codes do not provide much useful information.
Most of the code generates the PC's serial number.
Here is the report generated by the code you posted, minus your PC's serial number. As you can see you will learn nothing new from this report than you already know. The main battery has a problem and most likely needs to be replaced.
