hi everyone

I have a laptop hp EliteBook 850 g5 with CPU i7 8550u and intel UHD 620 graphics and 16GB ram and 512ssd my question is can I add another GPU to this integrated graphic card I hope it is possible to add one because I'm using it for gaming

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, that would not be possible.

 

The GPU is an integral part of the motherboard, and the only way to upgrade the graphics, would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 6 of your notebook's service manual that may come with better graphics.

You would also need to buy a different heat sink for the motherboards that come with discrete graphics adapters.

 

Assuming you could even find the parts you need, it would be cheaper to sell or trade in your notebook and buy a new Elitebook with better graphics.
