Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Hi all,
I need your help !!
I bought a brand new laptop (HP Pavilion Notebook 15-ab032tx) from online in 2015. after using it for 2 years, i faced problem while playing a game. The problem is, while playing game it suddenly turned OFF, after that it's failed to turn ON. i took it to HP Autherized service center, after the diagnosis they said Graphic Card is failed, for this model both motherbaord and graphic card comes as a single unit, so they suggested me to change entire motherboad. For this model mother is not available.
What should i do now ?? is there any way to resolve this problem. Please suggest soution for this.
Thanks in advance.
Basith.
