Error Message: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE
(igdkmg64.sys)
Bought the laptop 4 days ago. Everything is up to date.
Basically, the error message shows up when I run League Of Legends (TM) Client, this is, once in game. The display keeps alternating from desktop to game, and finally, the blue screen appears and tells me about this error. I've tried uninstalling my Intel UHD Graphics 620, and the game does work, but at 10 Frames per Second, which is not up to the standards of this laptop. I've also tried to install multiple official drivers, but none of them seem to work. Rolling back the driver causes same problem as above, it does work, but not appropiately. Is this a problem you can solve, or should I contact Intel or Microsoft?

Greetings @ErKairos,
Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are getting "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" error while playing the game, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Do you have the power adapter connected to your computer while playing the game?
Please click here for the specifications of your computer.
There are 2 graphics cards installed on your computer.
One is Intel (integrated on the processor) and the other one is the Nvidia discrete graphics.
All HP Computers that go with 2 graphics processors (switchable graphics) will disable the graphics processor which consumes more power when you do not have the power adapter connected to your computer. Click here to know more about Switchable graphics.
Recommend you have the power adapter connected to your computer while playing games and check.
Looking at the specifications of your computer, Intel graphics might not have the power to handle the game you are trying to play on your computer.
Also, run HP Support Assistant on your computer to make sure all the drivers are updated. Click here.
Keep me posted.
