Hello everyone,

I have an HP Pavilion - 15-cw0009la with the following specifications:

  • Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile 2 GHz
  • RAM: 12 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB)
  • Storage: 1 TB SATA HDD and 128 GB M.2 SSD
  • Graphics: Integrated AMD Radeon™ Vega 8 with 1 GB

The issue I'm experiencing is that after using the laptop for a while, the screen goes completely white. Also, when playing videos in full screen, a green box appears for an instant. I took the laptop to a technician, and he mentioned it could be a problem with the graphics card.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows of a solution? What would you recommend I do?
