HP HAD MY MACHINE FOR OVER 2 MONTHS!! WHICH I THINK IS REDICULOUS!! AND MY WARRANTY GETTING READY TO EXPIRE!! i"M GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND CONSUMER REPORT!! i HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING ON MY MACHINE AT ALL. i CALL MULTIPLE TIMES AND THE PERSON i TALKED TO DOESNT' KNOW ANYTHING!! i PURCHASED THIS MACHINE FOR MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE SHE IS IN SCHOOL, I THOUGHT HP WOULD BE A GOOD CHOICE TO PURCHASE A MACHINE FROM BUT i WAS WRONG BECAUSE THE SCREEN DIED AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND IT'S TAKING FOREVER FOR HP TO FIX IT AND SEND BACK TO ME AND IT LOOKS AS IF THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY DELAYING THE PROCESS TO MAKE MY WARRANTY EXPIRE!!! i AM ASKING TO GIVE ME MAY MACHINE BACK AND THE 2 MONTHS OF WARRANTY BACK!!! THIS IS TOTALLLY REDICULOUS!!! i PAID ALMOST 700 AND HP WANT TO GIVE ME CRAPPY SERVICE!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
