I recently bought this  new laptop around 55k INDIAN RUPEES to see there is a major problem in ram.It suppose to be 8 gb of ram  but instead usable ram i am getting is is only 5.88gb and amd ryzen 5 3550h's integrated vega8 graphics is taking upto 2gb of vram which practically a big waste all my graphics is done by gtx 1650 and vega 8 is most of the time running idle.so if anyone knows how to relocate the ram please tell me .

Your PC was intentionally designed that way.

 

HP released this document a while back, which explains the memory shortage...

This seems to only apply to some HP notebook and desktop PC's with AMD Ryzen processors.

If you want to increase the memory, you will need to add more.

 

Your notebook takes a max of 2 x 16 GB of memory.
