Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to use hash key and @ key using shift+3 and shift+2 respectively.Every time £ gets printed when i try printing hash key.I would like to know how to resolve this issue.

 Hi,

 

It sounds like you have the wrong keyboard layout set - ie Uk keyboard layout for a US keyboard.

 

If you have more than one keyboard layout set in Windows 10, you can toggle between them by holding down the Ctrl Key and pressing the Shift key

 

Alternatively, you can change the layout for your keyboard as described on the relevant link below.
