HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb518tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey there,

I bought this laptop in April 2018.

Yesterday, while listening to music it suddenly stopped and showed 'unknown error' and 'stopcode'.

I immediately restarted using the power button.

After that it showed such screen,  so I continued to enter.

Then it said, "No operating system found, ..."

Then again after restarting it just went blank, no response. Then we came to know that the HDD is completely failed and we have lost all the data stored in HDD including Recovery. Now what shall I do?  I

Hi:

You will have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

Your notebook is probably supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, which by using another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, you can make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

You can check if your PC is supported by the cloud recovery tool at the link  below...
