Hello, I Have Hp ay503tx Laptop and when I start any application on the laptop my laptop automatically shutdown means Crash.

And I run hp hardware diagnostics it was Long Harddisk Self test Failed with this id "6C1XTH-89N9K1-XD7X7F-618413" & Can me explain what is this Error with Harddisk?

People think there is some long story in the error Code but it simply translates as:

Hard Disk 1 Full Test Failure

All those numbers identify the specific test to a specific machine and time and place. You can use that number to prove you have a hardware problem if the laptop is in warranty.
