Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have upgraded my notebook's HDD to SSD and I have put that HDD in the optical drive, but now I am not able to copy files in my HDD, it copies for some percent and then stucks at 0 byte/sec speed and never finishes. I have checked all the connections again and the problem still exists. Files are easily downloading from internet  to HDD but copying from other drives like SSD or external HDD to that optical drive HDD is stucks at 0 byte/sec

@Iamgaur Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to copy the files from the hard drive.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

In that case, I would suggest you perform the hard drive test and check.

1) Shutdown the computer.

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.

3) Press F2 once.

4) Go to the Component test.

5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.

Please let us know the hard drive test result.

Please let us know the operating system is installed on SSD or hard drive.

Keep us posted,
